目的：治疗恶性肿瘤合并带状疱疹，观察疗效。结合复习文献，探讨恶性肿瘤与带状疗疹的关系，方法：对17例恶性肿瘤合并带状范疹患者进行抗病毒、提高免疫功能、局部消炎、止痛、预防继发感染治疗，结果：治疗6－14天（平均9．1天）后，皮损消退，疼痛明显减轻，总显效率94.0％。结论：恶性肿瘤较易合并带状疗疹，积极治疗带状疱疹，能减轻病人痛苦，缩短病程。
Objective: To treat malignant tumors with herpes zoster and observe the efficacy. Combine the review literature to discuss the relationship between malignant tumors and zonal therapeutic rashes. Methods: Anti-virus, immune function enhancement, local antiphlogistic, analgesic, and prevention of secondary infections in 17 patients with malignant tumors accompanied by banded paraesthesia. Result: Treatment After 6-14 days (average 9.1 days), the lesions subsided and the pain was significantly reduced with a total effective rate of 94.0%. CONCLUSIONS: Malignant tumors are easier to combine with zonal rashes and actively treat herpes zoster, which can reduce patient’s pain and shorten the course of the disease.
