通过絮凝搅拌实验和旋转挂片实验,研究了新型天然高分子改性阳离子絮凝缓蚀剂FNTC在油田污水处理中的絮凝、缓蚀性能。结果表明,在3—5 mg/L 投药量下,对浊度的去除率在90% 以上;当投药量为5 mg/L时,30 天旋转挂片均匀腐蚀率、点蚀率均低于油田注水水质控制标准,且在一定的范围内,温度的升高和pH 值的降低对其性能没有坏的影响。比较实验结果表明FNTC 的絮凝和缓蚀性能优于阴离子型絮凝缓蚀剂CMTA2 ,其缓蚀性能优于国产缓蚀剂EDTMP。
Through flocculation stirring experiment and rotating coupon experiment, the flocculation and corrosion inhibition performance of new natural polymer-modified cationic flocculation-corrosion inhibitor FNTC in oilfield wastewater treatment was studied. The results showed that the removal rate of turbidity was over 90% at the dosage of 3-5 mg / L. When the dosage was 5 mg / L, the average corrosion rate of the coupon was 30 days, and the pitting corrosion rate was lower than Oilfield water quality control standards, and in a certain range, the temperature increases and pH value of the performance of its no bad influence. The experimental results show that the flocculation and corrosion inhibition performance of FNT-C is better than that of anionic flocculation-corrosion inhibitor CMT-A2, and its corrosion inhibition performance is better than that of domestic inhibitor EDTMP.
