应变片是电测法进行材料拉伸实验过程中非常重要的实验器件。从其测量原理而言,应变片是测量应变最精确的测试器件,但实验中却常常因各种原因导致测量结果不稳定,这直接影响到材料物理量如弹性模量的测量。为了准确把握对应变片的使用,文中通过材料拉伸试验进行一系列定量试验,以研究影响应变片测试精度的各种因素,最后总结出一系列有效措施以提高应变片的测量精度。
Strain gauge is a very important experimental device in the process of electro-mechanical tensile test. From the measurement principle, the strain gauge is the most accurate test device to measure strain, but the experiment often results in instability of measurement results due to various reasons, which directly affects the measurement of material physical quantities such as elastic modulus. In order to accurately grasp the use of strain gauges, a series of quantitative tests are conducted through the material tensile test to study various factors that affect the testing accuracy of the strain gauges. Finally, a series of effective measures are summarized to improve the measurement accuracy of the strain gauges.
