肺癌伴发慢性肥大性骨关节病并非罕见。本文报告5例以慢性肥大性骨关节病为首发表现病理确诊的肺癌,3例经手术切除肿瘤后,该伴发病完全恢复。 临床资料 男性4例,女性1例,年龄46～66岁,平均55.8岁。5例病人在肺部症状出现前均感下肢或/和上肢大关节疼痛、肿胀、活动受限,指(趾)增粗。其中双下肢大关节受累3例,双上肢大关节受累1例,双上下肢均受累1例。3例于首发表现后10～12个月出现咳嗽、咳痰、痰中带血,2例出现声嘶,另2例未出现肺部症状。
Lung cancer with chronic hypertrophic osteoarthritis is not uncommon. This article reports 5 cases of chronic hypertrophic osteoarthritis as the first manifestation of lung pathology diagnosis of lung cancer, 3 cases after surgical removal of the tumor, the complication completely restored. Clinical data of 4 males and 1 females, aged 46 to 66 years, mean 55.8 years old. Five patients had lower extremity or / and upper extremity joint pain, swelling, limited mobility, and thickening of the digits before the onset of symptoms in the lungs. There were 3 cases involving both lower extremity joints, 1 case involving both upper and lower extremities, 1 case involving both upper and lower extremities. Three patients showed cough, sputum and bloody sputum in 10 to 12 months after their initial performance, with hoarseness in 2 patients and pulmonary symptoms in 2 patients.
