造血基质细胞对造血再建有促进作用。我们最近发现,经照射的造血基质细胞作用更强。为了筛选最佳照射剂量并探索其有效机理,特将小鼠全身照射0—25Gy,将其造血基质体外培养富集后,回输给9Gy全身照射的受者后9天,观察到混输正常造血基质细胞组的造血再生明显强于单输骨髓细胞组;混输10Gy照射基质组又明显强于照射的正常基质细胞组。本结论为应用造血基质细胞治疗造血系统难治病开辟了广阔的前景。
Hematopoietic cells promote hematopoietic reconstitution. We have recently found that irradiated hematopoietic stromal cells are more potent. In order to screen the optimal irradiation dose and explore its effective mechanism, the mice were exposed to 0-25Gy whole body, and the hematopoietic matrix was enriched in vitro and then returned to 9Gy recipients after systemic irradiation for 9 days. The hematopoietic cells in the hematopoietic stem cell group were significantly stronger than those in the uninjected bone marrow cells group, and were significantly stronger in the irradiated 10Gy irradiated stromal cell group than in the irradiated normal stromal cell group. This conclusion provides a broad perspective for the application of hematopoietic stromal cells in the treatment of hematopoietic system refractory diseases.
