目的探讨瑜伽锻炼对更年期女性心身状态的影响。方法选取64名自愿参加瑜伽锻炼的更年期女性,通过16周规范的运动处方训练后,评估其心身状态的改变,同时选取64名具有相似背景的更年期女性进行对照研究。结果训练组成员在焦虑水平、睡眠品质上有明显改善,与对照组比较有显著差异(t=0.46,0.17;P<0.05),训练组成员在心率、收缩压、舒张压、台阶指数、肺活量都得到明显的改善,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(t=0.11,0.24,0.52,0.19,0.71;P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论瑜伽锻炼可以有效改善和提升更年期女性的心身状态。
Objective To explore the influence of yoga training on the psychosomatic status of menopausal women. Methods Sixty-four menopausal women who volunteered to participate in yoga exercises were selected and their psychosomatic status was evaluated after 16 weeks of standardized exercise prescription training. At the same time, 64 menopausal women with similar backgrounds were selected as control study. Results The training group had significant improvement in anxiety and sleep quality compared with the control group (t = 0.46,0.17; P <0.05). The training group had significant differences in heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, step index, vital capacity (T = 0.11,0.24,0.52,0.19,0.71; P <0.05 or P <0.01) compared with the control group. Conclusion Yoga exercise can effectively improve and enhance the psychosomatic status of menopausal women.
