本文论述了用高速钢刀具在薄切削下加工45号钢及20号钢时切削厚度与切削速度对加工表面光洁度、塑性变形及鳞刺等的影响的试验结果,指出抑制积屑瘤及鳞刺对提高薄切削下的己加工表面状态有着特别重要的作用。
This paper discusses the test results of the effect of cutting thickness and cutting speed on the machined surface finish, plastic deformation and spines when cutting HSS 45 and 20 under thin cutting with high speed steel cutting tools.
