为了观察疏肝理脾片治疗慢性肝炎肝纤维化的疗效．笔者通过B超观察治疗前后肝脏形态、肝脏回声情况、肝内管系走向情况、门静脉管径、脾静脉管径及脾脏厚度的变化，并与大黄虫片相对照。结果：疏肝理脾片治疗前后肝内管系走向情况积分值明显改善，门静脉管径和脾脏厚度明显缩小。其中肝内管系走向情况与门静脉管径变化差值比较，疏肝理脾片优于大黄虫片。说明疏肝理脾片有较好的抗肝纤维化作用。
In order to observe the efficacy of Shugan Lipi Tablets in the treatment of chronic hepatic fibrosis. The authors observed changes in liver morphology, liver echo, hepatic ductal flow, portal venous diameter, splenic vein diameter, and spleen thickness before and after treatment by B-mode ultrasound, and were compared with those of rhubarb. Results: The integrated value of the direction of the intrahepatic tube system before and after treatment of Shugan Lipi Tablets was significantly improved, and the diameter of the portal vein and the thickness of the spleen were significantly reduced. Compared with the difference between the trend of the intrahepatic duct system and the diameter of the portal vein, the Shugan Lipi Tablets is superior to the Dahuangxue Tablets. It shows that Shugan Lipi Tablets have good anti-hepatic fibrosis effect.
