在亚洲金融危机之前,韩国企业做大做强的经验多为国内企业界津津乐道。金融风暴来袭,“韩国模式”的衰败几乎让所有的观察人士失语,一时间,人们羞于提韩国经验,把仿效的目光瞄准了那些更为光彩照人的欧美企业。 变化已经在悄悄发生。近两年来,从家电到通讯,从微电子到汽车,韩国企业像下围棋一样,慢慢在中国市场上布下一个又一个棋子。金融危机的阴影仍然存在,可贵的是,他们大多没有被危机拖垮,而是在总结调整之后,迈向复苏之路。这种运作模式是不是仍值得国内企业学习?
Prior to the Asian financial crisis, the experience of Korean companies making bigger and stronger was often relished by the domestic business community. When the financial turmoil hit, the decline of the “Korean model” almost aphasized all observers. For a time, people were ashamed to mention South Korea's experience and aimed at imitating the more brilliant European and American enterprises. Change has quietly happened. In the past two years, from home appliances to telecommunications, from microelectronics to automobiles, Korean companies have been playing chess games one after another in the Chinese market. The shadow of the financial crisis still exists. What is most valuable is that most of them did not get crushed by the crisis. Instead, they took the road to recovery after finishing the adjustment. This mode of operation is still worth learning from domestic enterprises?
