将均匀周期光纤布拉格光栅斜向粘贴于矩形悬臂梁的侧面,通过调节弹性梁自由端的位移,使其产生啁啾,利用光纤光栅的啁啾效应,实现了温度不敏感的位移传感。由于传感量为光纤光栅的带宽,有效地解决了温度交叉敏感问题,在位移传感实验中获得了很好的线性响应度。
The uniform periodic fiber Bragg grating is pasted obliquely to the side of the rectangular cantilever. The displacement of the free end of the elastic beam is adjusted to produce chirp. By using the chirp effect of fiber grating, the temperature insensitive displacement sensing is realized. Since the sensing capacity is the bandwidth of the fiber grating, the temperature cross-sensitivity problem is effectively solved, and a good linear response is obtained in the displacement sensing experiment.
