目前,我国地方中小型轧钢厂仍有为数不少的加热炉采用手工加煤,不仅工人的劳动强度大,而且环境污染十分严重。我厂从1983年起和马鞍山钢铁设计研究院联合,对线材车间的加热炉进行改造,用往复炉排燃煤机的机械化加煤代替了手工加煤,经过三年多时间的使用结果表明,在轧钢加热炉上采用这种燃烧方式是成功的,它具有许多手工加煤燃烧加热炉无可相比的优点。。下面介绍我厂轧钢加热炉以及往复炉排燃煤机的使用情况。
