[目的]建立气相色谱法同时测定食品中的苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸的方法。[方法]样品经乙醚提取后用气相色谱仪测定。[结果]该方法对苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸的分离度好,相对标准偏差分别为2.37%、2.72%、2.03%,回收率分别为99.80%、98.77%、100.14%,检出限分别为1.2μg,1.1μg,1.0μg。糖精钠不干扰其测定。[结论]该方法精密度高、准确度好、选择性强,适用于同时进行食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸3种防腐剂的定性定量分析。
[Objective] To establish a method for simultaneous determination of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and dehydroacetic acid in food by gas chromatography. [Method] The samples were extracted with diethyl ether and determined by gas chromatography. [Result] The results showed that the separation of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and dehydroacetic acid was good with the relative standard deviations of 2.37%, 2.72% and 2.03%, respectively. The recoveries were 99.80%, 98.77% and 100.14%, respectively. The detection limits Respectively, 1.2μg, 1.1μg, 1.0μg. Sodium saccharin does not interfere with its determination. [Conclusion] The method has high precision, good accuracy and strong selectivity. It is suitable for simultaneous qualitative and quantitative analysis of three kinds of preservatives in foods such as benzoic acid, sorbic acid and dehydroacetic acid.
