本工程基坑面积3.2万m2,地下2层,设有2道钢筋混凝土内支撑。由于基坑底板采用跳仓法施工,易造成工期延长等对基坑变形控制不利的因素,所以地下混凝土结构采用了“整体跳仓法”施工技术。施工只需设置临时施工缝[1],解决了土方开挖有效控制基坑变形、立体穿插施工、底板施工与土方开挖独立进行等关键技术问题。
