目的掌握西城区全民健康生活方式行动涉及各健康行为核心指标现状,观察示范机构创建对居民健康行为的干预效果。方法抽取已完成示范机构创建工作的8家社区为观察组,另外8家社区为对照组。每个社区75户,每户随机抽取1名调查对象进行问卷调查。结果 1观察组居民使用限盐勺、控油壶、BMI尺子和腰围尺的比例分别为44.7%、42.0%、42.8%和59.8%,对照组分别为23.5%、32.5%、18.8%和41.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组居民自觉控制盐、油和自觉控制体重的比例分别为82.5%、79.2%和68.1%,对照组分别为76.2%、65.8%和53.1%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2观察组社区居民在一些不良的生活习惯如食物种类单一、口味偏咸、蔬菜水果摄入不足、经常吃油腻的食物、不经常锻炼身体和吸烟方面的比例均低于对照组居民,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展全民健康生活方式行动示范社区创建工作,在提高居民健康行为率以及降低不良的健康行为方面具有明显效果。
Objective To understand the status quo of core indicators of health behavior in Xicheng District National Healthy Lifestyle Initiative and to observe the effect of intervention by demonstration organizations on residents’ health behaviors. Methods The eight communities that had completed the establishment of the model agency were selected as the observation group and the other eight communities served as the control group. Each community 75 households, each household randomly selected a survey of respondents. Results 1 Residents in the observation group had 44.7%, 42.0%, 42.8% and 59.8% of salt scoops, oil control pots, BMI ruler and waist circumference respectively, while those in the control group were 23.5%, 32.5%, 18.8% and 41.7% The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Residents in the observation group were 82.5%, 79.2% and 68.1% consciously controlled for salt, oil and body weight respectively, while those in the control group were 76.2%, 65.8% and 53.1% , The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). 2 observation group community residents in some bad habits such as single species of food, taste salty, lack of intake of fruits and vegetables, often eat greasy food, not regular exercise and smoking were lower than the proportion of residents in the control group, the difference has Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The establishment of a model community for action on universal healthy lifestyles has obvious effect in improving residents’ healthy behavior rate and reducing bad health behaviors.
