宁夏有丰厚且禀赋较高的回族文化旅游资源,但因种种原因,长期未得到有效开发和合理利用。本文提出,应抓住中央关于推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的历史机遇和自治区党委关于做大做强文化旅游产业的决定,实施文化旅游精品驱动战略,做特做优回族文化旅游品牌;与阿拉伯国家签署旅游战略合作协议,鼓励双方互为旅游目的地和旅游客源地;着力打造一批回族文化旅游演艺产品;精心制作回族特色文化旅游纪念品;加大复合型回族文化旅游人才培养的力度,以推动宁夏回族文化旅游产业又好又快发展。 Ningxia has a rich and endowed Hui cultural tourism resources, but for various reasons, long-term have not been effectively developed and rational use.
