陈源华(天长县人民医院)报道:5年来我们对88你厌食为主的患儿进行发锌微量元素测定。本组男56例,女32例。最小8个月,最大8岁,母乳喂养20例,人工喂养38例,混合喂养30例。本组发锌检测≤80PPM(男20例,女11例),～110PPM(男36例,女21例)。(正常值<6岁110PPM,>6岁130PPM,成人160PPM)。经用0.5％硫酸锌溶液,<5岁,5ml,每日3次;>5岁每次10mL,每日3次。连服1～2个月。服药一周有效20例,2周有效30例,一个月有效35例,3例无效。经复查发锌25例,提高10～20PPM临床症状明显缓解。资料表明锌缺乏多见于人工喂养,尤以牛奶喂养多见,而母乳喂养少见。治疗中锌制剂 Chen Yuanhua (Tianchang County People’s Hospital) Report: 5 years we have 88 children with anorexia hair zinc determination of trace elements.
