目的:监测2013年河北省细菌耐药性监测网(hebei Antibacterial Resistance Investigation Net,Hebarin)三级甲等成员单位临床分离铜绿假单胞菌的病原菌特点,为指导临床针对铜绿假单胞菌感染的合理用药提供依据。方法对河北省细菌耐药监测网2013年度18家三级甲等医院分离菌株,采用纸片法、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)法或 E-test 法测定其药物敏感性,并以 WHONET 5.5软件进行数据统计分析。结果2013年河北省地区各类标本共分离出铜绿假单胞菌5190株,排名前3位的分别是:呼吸道标本分离3581株(69.5%),尿标本分离557株(10.8%),分泌物中分离314株(6.1%);耐药性分析中,铜绿假单胞菌对多粘菌素和阿米卡星耐药率较低外,对其他抗菌药物耐药率均>20%,其中美罗培南的耐药率为38.6%,其次为氨曲南、哌拉西林、庆大霉素、亚胺培南,耐药率分别是37.1%、35.0%、33.5%、33.3%。结论我省临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性任处于较高水平,应继续加强细菌耐药监测。“,”Objective To analyze the clinical isolated pathogen characteristics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from the National Antimicrobial Resistance Investigation Net in Hebei Province in 2013,and to provide the basis for the rational use of drugs in clinical infection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Methods Bacterial drug sensitivity was detected by disk method,MIC method or E-test method and data were statistically analyzed using WHONET 5.5 software. Results There were 5 1 90 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from all kinds of clinical specimens in Hebei Province in 2013.The top three were respiratory tract specimens (3 581 strains,69.5% ),urine specimens (557 strains,10.8% ), secretion specimens (314 strains, 6.1% ). Drug-resistance experiment showed that the drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to polymyxin B and amikacin was lower,the others were more than 20%, including the highest resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to meropenem (38.6% ),aztreonam (37.1% ), piperacillin (35.0%),gentamycin (33.5%),and impenem (33.3%).Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from clinic is still at a high level of resistance to commonly used antimicrobial agents in Hebei Province.Surveillance of bacterial resistance should be strengthened.
