目的探究儿科护理操作中沟通技巧的应用效果。方法随机从本院2013-04-2015-08儿科患者中抽取72例展开分组对照研究,其中对照组36例采用常规护理,研究组36例采用一定沟通技巧实施护理,对比两组护患纠纷发生率、家属配合度及家属满意度。结果研究组(0)护患纠纷事件发生率较对照组(5.56%)低,且家属配合度(100%)和满意度(97.22%)均明显高于对照组(88.89%,75.00%),组间差异均存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论掌握和患儿家属之间的沟通技巧,可有效避免医疗纠纷事件的发生,同时还能提高患者家属满意度,值得参考。
Objective To explore the application effects of communication skills in pediatric nursing practice. Methods 72 pediatric patients from 2013-04-2015-08 were randomly divided into control group, 36 cases in the control group received routine nursing, and 36 cases in the study group were treated with certain communication skills, compared with the nurse-patient dispute in the two groups Rates, family memberships and family satisfaction. Conclusion To master the communication skills between the family members of the children can effectively avoid the occurrence of medical disputes and improve the satisfaction of family members of the patients, which is worth considering.
