目的 研究细胞周期负性调控蛋白在星形细胞瘤中的表达与肿瘤病理分级的关系 ,探讨纠正P16蛋白缺乏做为胶质瘤基因治疗策略的可行性。方法 SP免疫组化方法对 41例不同级别星形细胞瘤的P16蛋白表达进行观察 ,评价染色强度和阳性细胞百分数与星形细胞瘤恶性度的关系。结果 随着星形细胞瘤恶性度的增高 ,P16蛋白表达阴性例数增多 ,阳性染色细胞呈减少趋势。结论 星形细胞瘤P16蛋白表达水平与其分级呈负相关 ,P16蛋白表达异常是影响星形细胞瘤发生发展的重要因素
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of cell cycle negative regulator protein in astrocytoma and the pathological grade of tumor, and discuss the feasibility of correcting the deficiency of P16 protein as a gene therapy strategy for glioma. Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to observe the expression of P16 protein in 41 cases of astrocytoma of different grades. The relationship between the staining intensity and percentage of positive cells and the malignancy of astrocytoma was evaluated. Results With the increase of malignancy of astrocytomas, the number of negative cases of P16 protein expression increased, and the positive staining cells showed a decreasing trend. Conclusion The expression of P16 protein in astrocytoma is negatively correlated with its grade. Abnormal expression of P16 protein is an important factor affecting the development of astrocytoma.
