当今新课程改革倡导学习过程中要以学生为主体,鼓励学生自主探究、相互学习。在初中历史教学中运用“同伴教学法”的实践中发现有利有弊,利在于:课堂上学生活跃了;教学中学生能干了;学习中学生亲密了。弊在于:同伴教学中学习好的学生动得多,收获也多,能力差的被忽视的多;同伴教学中学生的讨论流于形式,教学效果差。对此,探索各种做法:小组人员强弱编排,分工合作任务明确;完善导学案,内容丰富、目标明确到位;教师要适时做好拓展、小结、归类等引导性工作。以此扬长避短,使得同伴教学法在历史教学中发挥更大的教学指导作用。
Today’s new curriculum reform advocates the process of learning to students as the main body to encourage students to explore and learn from each other. In the history teaching of junior high school, there are pros and cons in the practice of using “companion teaching method”. The advantages lie in: the students are active in the classroom; the middle school students can do well; the middle school students are intimate. The disadvantage is that the students who are good at companion teaching are much more motivated, they gain more and their abilities are neglected more. The discussions among the students in peer teaching are mere formalities and the teaching effect is poor. In this regard, to explore a variety of practices: team strength arrangement, a clear task of division of labor cooperation; improve the case guide, rich in content, clear goals in place; teachers should make timely development, summary, classification and other guiding work. In order to avoid weaknesses and make peer teaching method in history teaching to play a greater role in teaching guidance.
