本文讲述乌克兰顿巴斯矿区的煤层气抽放和利用,分析了综合开发和利用瓦斯的新方案,并选择伯克罗夫斯科矿务局做为实施方案的地点,该矿务局是乌克兰最大矿务局,年产800万t煤。实践证明从地面抽放瓦斯的优越性,每年要建设约50口抽放井的方法,顿涅茨克钢铁公司选用Ultra Single 150型(加拿大)钻机,进行钻孔。阐述这种钻机结构和使用方法,速度达到约60m/h,每昼夜速度达到620m,比原有钻机提高速度2~3倍,使用多晶体PDC型钻头,一个钻头可钻深7000多m。在煤层气利用方面,采用热电联产气体活塞式发电站,可供矿务局所需电量的54%,效益好,可推广。
