我们如何看待一个行业的进步与成熟,法律意识普及程度的高低当算是一个参照指标。在我国加入世贸组织后,随着国际乐器商贸活动的频繁,如何用合同法和国际法公约为企业海外市场拓展保驾护航,反映出企业管理者市场运营思维的理性和成熟。在中国乐器协会六届四次理事会议上,协会律师顾问翁才林就乐器产品海外营销中的合同签订与自我权益保护问题,进行了专题讲座,本刊会后进行了文稿统筹,旨在为行业同仁清理海外订单签订的盲区。
