不育症在欧美患病率为15～20％，我国为10％[1]。生育是人生目标的转折点，不育症夫妇不能实现它，会很痛苦。尤其在我国有“不孝有三，无后为大”的传统说法，这种痛苦会更突出。其心理状态究竟如何？存在哪些问题？尚未见国内有关的心理问题调查分析的报道。作者对IOS对此症?
