空间高能粒子的辐射造成星载板卡单粒子翻转,进而改变板卡中的数据、代码,因此,星载软件对可靠性的要求非常高。笔者分析软件需求、设计、测试可靠性技术和多核处理芯片硬件架构,设计了一种高可靠、多核并行处理的星载信号处理软件架构,并基于典型的信号处理流程在C6678芯片平台上进行了验证,实现了星载信号处理软件的可靠性。
