目的探讨终末期糖尿病肾病(ESRD)患者血液透析过程中的并发症对眼压的影响。方法糖尿病肾病患者50例应用Goldnann眼压计进行透析前及透析后的眼压测定,并用配对样本t检验进行分析比较。双眼间及性别间的比较采用两个独立样本t检验。透析前后眼压之间的关系采用直线相关分析。结果透析后眼压有所升高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.302,P<0.01);双眼间比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.604,P>0.05);性别间比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.119,P>0.05),透析后眼压与透析前眼压呈相关关系(r=0.669,P<0.01)。50例患者100只眼中,透析后13只眼眼压下降,占13.00%,19只眼眼压平稳,占19.00%,68只眼眼压不同程度升高,占68.00%。结论血液透析可致眼压不同程度升高,采用有效的监测及预防措施可降低肾透析对患者视功能的损害。
Objective To investigate the effect of complications during hemodialysis on end-tidal pressure in patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy (ESRD). Methods Fifty patients with diabetic nephropathy were examined with the Goldnann tonometer before and after dialysis. The intraocular pressure (IOP) was measured by paired t-test. Two independent samples t-test were used to compare eyes and sex. IOP before and after the relationship between the use of linear correlation analysis. Results The intraocular pressure increased after dialysis, the difference was statistically significant (t = 5.302, P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two eyes (t = 0.604, P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (T = 1.119, P> 0.05). The intraocular pressure after dialysis was correlated with the prehypertensive pressure (r = 0.669, P <0.01). In 50 eyes of 100 patients, IOP decreased in 13 eyes after dialysis, accounting for 13.00%. Intraocular pressure was stable in 19 eyes, accounting for 19.00%. Intraocular pressure in 68 eyes increased to 68.00% in varying degrees. Conclusion Hemodialysis can cause intraocular pressure increased to varying degrees, the use of effective monitoring and preventive measures can reduce renal damage to visual function in patients with dialysis.
