在地震救灾工作中,能否在短时间内搜寻并定位被困人员是考验应急救援工作的重要问题。快速的搜索定位可以显著地提高救援效率,减少人员伤亡和财产损失。针对大范围地震灾害发生后,搜寻范围大、搜救力量不足、搜寻时效性要求高的一系列问题,该文研究提出一种基于伪基站的大范围手机搜寻定位技术及其系统架构。通过在模拟的地震废墟地形中测试手机接收信号强度指示值(receive signal strength indicator,RSSI)与手机信号发射强度,对采集的数据进行分析以验证该系统在大范围地震废墟中的搜寻能力。实验测试和数据分析结果表明:该系统可以对大范围的手机进行搜寻定位,能够满足废墟、地下室等特殊环境下应急需求,并可以有效地提高人员搜救效率。
In the earthquake relief work, the ability to search for and locate the trapped people in a short time is an important issue in the test of emergency rescue work. Quick search and positioning can significantly improve the efficiency of rescue and reduce casualties and property losses. Aiming at a series of problems after a large-scale earthquake disaster occurs, such as large search range, insufficient search and rescue power and high search timeliness, this paper proposes a large-scale mobile search and location technology based on pseudo-base station and its system architecture. The collected data were analyzed to verify the system’s ability to search over a wide range of seismic ruins by testing the handset received signal strength indicator (RSSI) and handset signal transmission intensities in a simulated seismic ruin topography. Experimental results and data analysis show that the system can locate and search a wide range of mobile phones, meet the emergency needs in special environments such as rubble, basement and so on, and can effectively improve the search and rescue efficiency.
