随着经济的快速发展以及社会的不断进步,伴随着人们生活水平的提高,新疆餐饮业发展迅速,餐饮行业的规模不断扩大。为了满足人们的餐饮需求,保障人们的身体健康。新疆的餐饮业食品安全问题是一个重大问题,要使新疆的餐饮业发展的更好,就需要解决食品安全问题。本文研究新疆餐饮业食品安全的现状及存在的问题,提出关于食品安全问题的法律对策,对新疆餐饮业的蓬勃发展以及解决就业问题具有重要的现实意义。新疆要在“一带一路”背景下,大力发展新疆餐饮业,为新疆更好的发展贡献力量。
With the rapid economic development and social progress, with the improvement of people’s living standards, the catering industry in Xinjiang is developing rapidly and the scale of the catering industry is constantly expanding. In order to meet people’s dining needs, to protect people’s health. Food safety in the catering industry in Xinjiang is a major issue. To make the development of the catering industry in Xinjiang better, it is necessary to solve the food safety problem. This paper studies the current situation and existing problems of food safety in the catering industry in Xinjiang and puts forward the legal countermeasures on the food safety issues. It has important practical significance for the vigorous development of the catering industry in Xinjiang and the solution to the employment problem. In the context of “Belt and Road”, Xinjiang should vigorously develop the catering industry in Xinjiang and make its contribution to the better development of Xinjiang.
