2000年,我办工作重点全面转入民心河的管理。在抓好民心河工程收尾验收、世纪公园和中水回用等工程项目的同时,总结民心河通水后一年多的运行实践,努力探索管理良策并取得显著成效,基本实现年初确定的管理目标。我们的主要做法是: ——认清历史使命通过多种形式的学习教育和思想政治工作,领导班子和全体员工形成了两点共识。一是民心河已经成为展现省会形象的窗口。管理工作的好坏,直接影响全市大局,容不得丝毫懈怠。二是民心河的管理是新课题,没有现成的模式可借鉴,必须增强创新意识,不断寻求管理良策,迎难而上,大胆尝试。以上两点共识,是我们圆满实现今年管理目标的思想基础。
In 2000, the focus of my work was fully transferred to the management of Minxin River. In addition to grasping the project of closing and acceptance of Minxin River Project, Century Park and reclaimed water, at the same time, it summed up the operation practice of Minxin River after more than a year of operation, worked hard to explore good management practices and achieved remarkable results, basically realizing the early-stage management aims. Our main approach is: - Recognize the historical mission Through various forms of study and education and ideological and political work, the leadership and the entire staff formed two points of consensus. First, Minxin River has become a window displaying the image of the capital. The quality of management, a direct impact on the overall situation of the city, can not tolerate the slightest slack. Second, the management of Minxinhe River is a new topic. Without ready-made models, we must enhance our awareness of innovation and constantly seek management and good policies to face difficulties and make bold attempts. The consensus on the above two points is the ideological foundation for our successful realization of the management objectives for this year.
