利用实用新型专利CN200620080704.5“无菌操作接种器具快速消毒装置”的实验型样品与酒精灯进行了升温速度、最高温度值及灭菌效果的比较,结果表明该装置在500瓦下升温速度快,加热8s时镊子温度可达330℃,可以有效灭菌。而酒精灯升温速度慢,效率低,直到16s时才能有效灭菌。该研究为进一步改进专利提供了实验依据。
The heating rate, the highest temperature value and the sterilization effect of the experimental sample and the alcohol lamp of the utility model patent CN200620080704.5 “sterile operation inoculation instrument rapid disinfection device” were compared. The results showed that the device was heated at 500 W Fast speed, tweezers temperature up to 330 ℃ when heated 8s, can be effectively sterilized. The alcohol lamp heating slow, low efficiency, until 16s can be effectively sterilized. The research provides the experimental basis for further improving the patent.
