高锰酸钾氧化气化甲醛法,是化学消毒灭菌法之一,操作简便,效果可靠,因而被广泛地用于房舍的终末消毒和空间净化,以及特殊医疗器械的灭菌。但其甲醛溶液的单位体积用量,不仅没有统一的标准,而且所用甲醛溶液的剂量也相差悬殊。针对高锰酸钾和甲醛溶液混合后,能使该定量中多少甲醛溶液气化,弥散在空气中的有效浓度如何计算等问题,并结合临床实践及实验测定,浅谈我们的看法。
Potassium permanganate oxidation and gasification of formaldehyde, is one of the chemical disinfection and sterilization methods, easy to operate, reliable, it is widely used in premises of the terminal disinfection and space purification, and sterilization of special medical equipment. However, the amount of formaldehyde solution per unit volume, not only there is no uniform standard, and the dosage of formaldehyde solution is also very different. Aiming at the problems of how to calculate the effective concentration of formaldehyde solution in the quantitative mixture of potassium permanganate and formaldehyde after mixing, how to calculate the effective concentration in the air and so on, combined with clinical practice and experimental determination, to talk about our view.
