对大蒜愈伤组织诱导条件进行了优化,结果表明:采用带表皮,外植体大小为0.5cm×0.3cm×0.2cm的广州白皮大蒜蒜瓣,在MS+3,0mg/L2,4-D+2.2mg/LIBA培养基中可促使大蒜愈伤组织大量发生.广州白皮大蒜与大头蒜品种对愈伤组织诱导无显著差异.大蒜外植体4℃低温保藏18d可降低出愈污染,但对愈伤组织诱导影响不大.
The callus induction conditions of garlic were optimized. The results showed that Guangzhou white garlic clove with epidermis and size of 0.5cm×0.3cm×0.2cm was used in MS+3, 0mg/L2,4- D +2.2mg/LIBA medium can promote the occurrence of garlic callus. There was no significant difference in callus induction between Guangzhou white garlic and bulk garlic. Garlic explants stored at low temperature for 4 days at low temperature for 18 days could reduce the pollution, but had little effect on callus induction.
