我国载人空间站任务计划运营周期10年以上,期间开展长期、持续的空间科学与应用研究,对应用有效载荷提出了“长寿命、低成本”的任务需求,需要采用高加速试验技术(HALT、HASS)提高并评估航天产品的可靠性。早期的高加速试验多用于民用产品,且多采用定性方法。近年来高加速试验的研究取得持续进展,逐渐注重HALT、HASS的定量研究。本文结合我国空间站应用领域“长寿命、低成本”的任务需求,提出了HALT-HASS-ADT(HHA)的高加速试验集成方法及其总体实施思路。
