毋庸置疑,学校竞争源于人才的竞争,如何获得更好的人才资源和管理好现有的人力资源,是每一个高职院校发展之关键,必须依靠科学的制度体系。本文以分类管理的人力资源管理理念为基础,提出了分类管理模式下的教师岗位制度体系设计。
Needless to say, the competition in schools originates from the competition of talents. How to obtain better human resources and manage the existing human resources is the key to the development of every higher vocational college. We must rely on the scientific system. Based on the concept of human resource management in classification management, this paper puts forward the design of teacher position system in classification management.
