黄酮类化合物广泛存在于植物界中,具有重要的生物活性。文中对近几年有关该类化合物的体内吸收、分布、代谢、排泄方面的研究进展做简要综述。研究发现黄酮类化合物在胃部、小肠、大肠中均有吸收。不同的黄酮类化合物因化学结构不同,其吸收速度、部位等有很大差异,多数黄酮类药物的体内分布与其药理作用部位相一致。黄酮类化合物在体内的代谢主要通过水解、结合、裂解以及氧化反应进行。黄酮类化合物在体内排泄途径主要为肾脏和胆汁排泄,排泄物大多为药物的代谢物,也有少数以原形排泄。
Flavonoids are widely found in plant kingdom and have important biological activity. In this paper, the recent progress on the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of these compounds in vivo is briefly reviewed. The study found that flavonoids in the stomach, small intestine, large intestine are absorbed. Different flavonoids due to different chemical structures, the absorption rate, location and so there is a big difference, the majority of flavonoids in vivo distribution and its pharmacological role of the site consistent. The metabolism of flavonoids in the body is mainly through hydrolysis, binding, lysis and oxidation reactions. Flavonoids excreted in the body mainly for the excretion of the kidneys and bile, excretion of mostly drug metabolites, but also a small number of excreted.
