1988~1991年在我所经过连续四年的品种比较试验,在六个参试品种中,正交杂种801号和802号及反交杂种803号和804号保持了亲本肇东苜蓿产草量高,品质好,兼有亲本扁蓿豆的抗性。正交杂种抗性较强,反交杂种产草量较高。继代选育期间,1986年正反交杂种的越冬率比肇东苜蓿分别高出29.9%和26.2%,品种比较期间,1989~1991年越冬率为98~100%。返青期比肇东苜蓿晚3天,有抗春冻的特点;在春季严重干旱时期,正交杂种的生长速度比肇东苜蓿快8.97%;正反交杂种三年平均产量同于肇东苜蓿,其中反交杂种803号高出6.3%,但未达到显著标准。正反交杂种的茎叶比例高出肇东苜蓿。粗蛋白质含量,正交杂种为19.69%,反交杂种为19.56%,肇东苜蓿为20.44%。18种氨基酸齐全。反交杂种氯基酸含量,有14种增加,2种减少,2种持平。正交杂种增减各8种,2种持平。在六个参试品种中淘汰二个回交种,将在性状上无明显差异的正反交的直立型与半直立型四个品种合并为有明显特点的正反交二个品种(801和803号)以保持杂种的抗性。
From 1988 to 1991, after four years of comparative trials, after four consecutive years, among the six tested cultivars, the cross hybrid 801 and 802 and the cross hybrid 803 and 804 maintained the initial grass yield of Zhaodong alfalfa High, good quality, both the parent alfalfa beans resistance. The average yield of three-year hybrids was the same as that of Zhaodong alfalfa , Of which the hybrid cross 803 was 6.3% higher, but did not reach the significant standard. The ratio of stem and leaf of hybrid progeny and cross is higher than that of Zhaodong alfalfa. The content of crude protein was 19.69% for orthorhombic hybrids, 19.56% for crossbred hybrids and 20.44% for Zhaodong alfalfa. 18 kinds of amino acids are complete. Anti-hybrid chloric acid content, there are 14 kinds of increase, two kinds of reduction, two kinds of flat. Orthogonal hybrids increased or decreased by 8, 2 were flat. In the six cultivars, two backcrosses were eliminated, and the two reciprocal and erect vertical varieties which had no significant difference in traits were combined into two breeds (801 and 803) to maintain hybrid resistance.
