通过对旅客在旅程计划期、进站期、登乘期、中转与出站期、旅程结束期的服务需求进行分析研究,提出了服务需求的总体响应方案。结合武广铁路客运专线工程实际,重点对车站客运服务系统的设计策略进行介绍,主要包括站内售检票设施的设计原则和参考因素、站内导向设计的系统性和连续性、站内服务设施的设计细节与应急机制等。
By analyzing and studying the service demand of passengers in the journey plan period, pit stop period, boarding period, transit and outbound period, journey end period, the overall response plan of service demand is proposed. Combining with the actual project of Passenger Dedicated Line of Wuhan-Guangzhou Railway, this paper mainly introduces the design strategy of station passenger service system, including the design principles and reference factors of ticket sales facilities in station, the systematic and continuity of station-oriented design and the design details of service facilities in station And emergency mechanisms.
