在原有杀它仗合成工艺的基础上进行了改进,以对甲氧基苯甲醛和乙酸乙酯为起始原料经8 步反应合成主链,总收率(以对甲氧基苯甲醛计) 为3-7% ;并以对三氟甲基氯苯为原料经3步反应合成侧链,收率为30 % 。率先探索出了一条适合国内生产的合成路线。并进行了实验室毒性试验,结果与美国氰氨公司对照产品相符。
Based on the original synthetic process, the main chain was synthesized through 8 steps reaction with p-methoxybenzaldehyde and ethyl acetate. The total yield (based on p-methoxybenzaldehyde) Is 3-7%. The side chain was synthesized by 3-step reaction of trifluoromethyl chlorobenzene with the yield of 30%. The first to explore a synthetic route suitable for domestic production. A laboratory toxicity test was conducted and the results were in accordance with the control product of Cyanamid Company in the United States.
