目的:研究与探索大数据可视化方法在门诊抗菌药物管理工作中的应用。方法:采用了大数据可视化多维分析法,分析了2015年门诊抗菌药物各项关联指标状况,从中找出直观的揭示抗菌药物使用中的多维变化关系。结果:2015年门诊抗菌药物用药指标符合总体要求,门诊抗菌药物使用金额得到了有效控制,92.2%的门诊医师全年的抗菌药物处方总金额控制在5万元以下,但仍存在少数科室和医师抗菌药物使用指标不达标。结论:运用大数据可视化分析,能有效地提高抗菌药物临床应用管理工作的可靠性和准确性。
Objective: To study and explore the application of big data visualization in outpatient antimicrobials management. Methods: By using the multi-dimension analysis method of big data visualization, the status of each index of outpatient antimicrobial agents was analyzed in 2015, and the multidimensional relationship of antimicrobial use was revealed intuitively. Results: The outpatient antibacterial medication index meets the overall requirements in 2015, the outpatient antibacterial drug usage amount has been effectively controlled, 92.2% of the outpatient physicians controlled the total amount of antibacterial drugs in the year under 50,000 yuan, but there are still a few departments and physicians Antibacterial drug use indicators are not up to standard. Conclusion: The use of big data visualization analysis can effectively improve the reliability and accuracy of the clinical application of antimicrobial agents.
