冠状动脉瘤是颇少见的疾病,国内文献未见报道。现将我院经冠状动脉造影诊断1例,结合文献复习报告于下。病历摘要:男性患者,48岁,住院号60355。因反复发作心悸胸痛3年为主诉于1986年10月入院。发作时胸前区闷痛约5～10分钟缓解,曾诊断为“冠心病”,应用扩冠等治疗,无明显疗效。无胸部外伤史。查体:血压110/70mmHg。心界不扩大,心率80
