Zhang Shichen, the former Director of the Registration Department of the State Drug Administration, presided over the trial, and the “Development and Application of New Chinese Medicines” published by the People’s Medical Publishing House (Second Edition) had been published. After reading this great book, the writer thinks that compared with the first edition, both the style and the content have been greatly modified and supplemented, readability and practicality.
