目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定复方鱼腥草片中绿原酸的含量。方法:色谱柱:VP-ODS C_(18)柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(12:88),流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:327 nm。结果:绿原酸进样量在0.11~0.90μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,回收率为99.49%,RSD=0.77%(n=9)。结论:本方法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠,适用于复方鱼腥草片中绿原酸含量的测定。
Objective: To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in compound Houttuynia herb by high performance liquid chromatography. Method: Column: VP-ODS C 18 column (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm), mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (12:88), flow rate: 1.0 ml·min -1, detection Wavelength: 327 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the chlorogenic acid dose and the peak area in the range of 0.11~0.90μg, r=0.999 9. The recovery rate was 99.49% and the RSD was 0.77% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, accurate and reliable. It is suitable for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Houttuynia cordata Hup.
