[目的]室内采用吸光度法比较测定了不同作用机制除草剂对斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)的急性毒性,为药剂的合理使用提供依据。[结果]56%2甲4氯粉剂等10种药剂对斜生栅藻96 h的急性毒性为低毒;88%苯噻酰草胺可湿性粉剂等6种药剂为高毒;24%烯草酮乳油和200 g/L百草枯水剂为中等毒性。[结论]不同作用机制除草剂对斜生栅藻的毒性存在明显差异。在水田及靠近水源使用除草剂时,应选择对水生生物毒性较低的品种,以减少对水体环境造成危害。
[Objective] The aim of this study was to compare the acute toxicity of Scenedesmus obliquus with different mechanism herbicides by absorbance method indoors, and to provide basis for rational use of medicaments. [Result] The acute toxicities of 10 kinds of agents such as 56% 2 A and 4 chlorine powder to Hyphomycetes obscurus were low toxicity for 96 h. Six kinds of agents such as 88% hygroscopicity wettable powder were highly toxic and 24% Ketoconazole and 200 g / L paraquat were moderately toxic. [Conclusion] The toxicity of herbicides with different mechanism of action to R. obliquus was significantly different. When paddy fields and herbicides are used near water sources, the species with lower toxicity to aquatic organisms should be selected to reduce the harm to the water environment.
