目的建立一种灵敏度高、操作简单的定量分析小白菜中残留的微量噻虫胺的高效液相色谱方法。样品经丙酮提取、极性硅胶柱净化后进行高效液相色谱分析。方法选用ODS-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,填料:Kromasil,粒度:5μm),以甲醇-水(45:55v/v)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为265nm。结果在此条件下,噻虫胺的平均加标回收率在93.02%~94.4%之间,相对标准偏差为3.3%~5.4%(n=6)。结论该方法的检出限为0.02ng,在小白菜中的最低检出浓度为0.004mg/kg,能满足农药残留检测的要求。
OBJECTIVE To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the quantitative analysis of trace quantities of clothianidin in Chinese cabbage with high sensitivity and simple operation. Samples were extracted with acetone and purified with a polar silica gel column for HPLC analysis. Methods The mobile phase consisted of ODS-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, packing: Kromasil, particle size 5 μm) and methanol-water (45:55 v / v) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 265 nm. Results Under these conditions, the average recoveries of clothianidin were between 93.02% and 94.4% with relative standard deviations of 3.3% -5.4% (n = 6). Conclusion The detection limit of this method is 0.02 ng, and the minimum detectable concentration in cabbage is 0.004 mg / kg, which can meet the requirements of pesticide residue detection.
