17例(19只眼)因玻璃体混浊,眼底窥不见,作了玻璃体切割,术前视力:光感～0.1,术后视力::0.03—0.9。19只眼术前均作了 ERG检查,5只眼作了术后 ERG 复查。对术前ERG b 波振幅与术后视力的关系进行统计学分析,结果表明:术前暗视亮光 ERG b 波振幅与术后视力呈正相关(r=0.7709,P<0.01),术前明视 ERG b 波振幅与术后视力呈正相关(r=0.8086,P<0.01),说明术前 ERG b 波振幅越高,术后视力改善越好。因而,术前 ERG 可估价玻璃体混浊,视力极差的各类眼病作玻璃体切割术后的效果。
Seventeen eyes (19 eyes) were vitrectomized due to opacification of the vitreous and ophthalmoscopy. The preoperative visual acuity was -0.1, the visual acuity was 0.03-0.9. Only eye made after ERG review. The relationship between preoperative ERG b wave amplitude and postoperative visual acuity was analyzed. The results showed that the amplitude of ERG b wave before operation was positively correlated with postoperative visual acuity (r = 0.7709, P <0.01) ERG b wave amplitude and postoperative visual acuity was positively correlated (r = 0.8086, P <0.01), indicating that the higher preoperative ERG b wave amplitude, the better visual acuity after surgery. Thus, preoperative ERG can evaluate the vitreous opacity, poor vision of various types of eye diseases for vitrectomy results.
