图示测量器用来检测工件的外圆锥,它主要由专用套筒4组成,其侧面制有装千分尺1测量砧用的通孔。对指定的测量范围来说,从套筒端面到安装孔中心线的距离L及套筒内径D是恒定的。在校准千分尺时,装上加长的带锥尖的固定测量砧3和测量砧2。然后把专用套筒套在被测工件5上,进行摆动,使其放正。随后将固定测量砧3插入套筒右安装孔,而测量砧2籍助千分螺杆插入左安装孔,直至与被测表面接触,记下千分尺读数,按下面的公式确定锥度:
The illustrated measuring device is used to detect the outer cone of a workpiece. It is mainly composed of a special sleeve 4, and the side surface is provided with a through hole for measuring the anvil with a micrometer 1. For the specified measurement range, the distance L from the end face of the sleeve to the centerline of the mounting hole and the inner diameter D of the sleeve are constant.
