目的：探讨骨科手术手术室护理配合方法，观察护理配合对切口感染的影响，为临床实践提供参考。方法将48例骨科手术患者纳为研究对象，并将其随机划分为护理研究组与护理对照组，每组人数均等各24例，组间可比性充分。对护理对照组患者实施常规手术室护理方法，对护理研究组患者实施针对性的抗切口感染手术室护理配合方法。结果护理研究组中有1例患者出现切口感染，发生率4.16%，护理对照组有5例患者出现切口感染，发生率20.83%，护理研究组明显低于护理对照组，且对比差异明显，具有统计学意义。结论根据骨科手术切口感染危险因素对患者实施针对性的抗切口感染手术室护理配合措施，可以有效降低患者的切口感染发生率，改善患者的术后康复情况，提高康复速度。“,”Objective To investigate the method of nursing in Department of orthopedics operation room operation.Methods 48 cases of patients were randomly divided into Department of orthopedics operation group and the control group of nursing care,nursing operation to control the implementation of routine nursing method of patients,nursing research group of patients for anti infection of incision nursing methods.Results Nursing in the study group of 1 patients had incision infection,the incidence rate was 4.16%,the control group of nursing 5 cases of patients with incision infection,the incidence rate of 20.83%.Conclusion According to the patients for anti incision infection and nursing measures of risk factors of incision infection in the Department of orthopedics operation,can ef ectively reduce the incidence of infection in patients with incision,worthy of promotion and strengthening practice.
