中豌6号是中国农科院畜牧所选育的豌豆新品种,我县前年冬季引入试种并获得了成功。该品种的主要特点是:一、商品外观好、经济价值高。成熟籽粒大,青绿色。甜脆爽口,食用品质佳。二、熟期早,产量高。一般头年11月中,下旬播种,次年4月中、下旬采收青豆荚,5月中、下旬收获成熟豆籽,熟期比老品种明显提早。一般鲜荚亩产300~400公斤,干籽粒亩产100~200公斤。三、抗寒能力较强,适宜山区栽培。四、粮菜肥兼用,茬口类型多。干籽
