在油田开采中,普遍采用API标准钻铤螺纹,它具有密封性高、承载能力强、上卸速度快等优点。但随着定向井、重腐蚀井、深井及超深井等开采的日渐增多,API钻铤螺纹的可靠性、密封性已难以满足油气井的开采需求,由钻铤螺纹失效而引起的事故时常发生。本文采用有限元软件(ANSYS),建立起了螺纹连接的有限元分析模型,对其应力情况加以分析计算,并根据计算结果,提出了改善螺纹结构工作特性的结构优化方案。
In the field of oilfield mining, the API standard drill collar thread is widely used. It has the advantages of high sealing performance, strong carrying capacity and quick unloading speed. However, with the increasing number of directional wells, heavy corrosion wells, deep wells and ultra-deep wells and other mining, API drill collar thread reliability, sealing has been difficult to meet the needs of the production of oil and gas wells by the failure of the drill collar thread failure often occur . In this paper, the finite element software (ANSYS) is used to establish the finite element analysis model of the screw connection, and its stress situation is analyzed and calculated. Based on the calculation results, the structural optimization scheme to improve the working characteristics of the screw structure is proposed.
