本文借助一个纳入能源要素的科布道格拉斯生产函数,首先通过数理分析,研究了能源、资本和劳动力三种要素禀赋对各地区能源强度差异的影响机理和作用方向,提出能源要素越丰裕、资本要素和劳动要素越匮乏,则能源相对价格越低,从而能源强度越高的理论命题;然后利用1995~2006年我国各地区能源强度的相关面板数据,运用OLS和GMM模型对理论命题进行计量经济学实证检验,证实了命题的真实性。这一结论对于当前与未来全国推进与落实节能减排、降低能耗的政策目标,具有重要的理论意义与现实意义。
Based on a Cobb Douglas production function that incorporates energy elements, the paper first analyzes the mechanism and role of energy endowments of different energy, capital and labor forces on energy intensity differences in various regions through mathematical analysis.
