目的探讨徐州市某光伏制造业通风系统防护效果。方法采用现场职业卫生调查法、职业病危害因素检测,通过卫生工程检测,分析通风系统控制效果。结果采取上送上回的全面通风和局部通风结合的方式,经过整改后,粉尘和化学毒物硝酸、氢氟酸、盐酸的检测结果均合格。用于防尘排毒的1号车间打磨1-8#罩口、碱洗罩口、酸洗罩口、泡料罩口、分选罩口,2号车间喷涂罩口、装料罩口等风口的风速符合要求。结论光伏制造业采取经济合理的全面通风方式和设置有效的局部排风装置有利于降低生产环境中尘毒物质的浓度。
Objective To explore the protective effect of ventilation system in a photovoltaic manufacturing industry in Xuzhou.
